4 more days to the release of the new Booster 03 and Trial Decks 4 and 5!
Due to the Pre-release in Japan last Saturday, leaks of the cards have been spreading on the internet~
Like the Buddy Rare being "Armor Knight Cerberus 'A' " that can be put into a weapon's soul to increase its Critical to a Max of +5!!! New Thunder Knights that have Move, Size 1 Penetrate Monsters and Double Attacks. The New Dungeon World with lots of 'Chance' based Monster and Spell Cards!
Not to forget the New Dragowizard Drum with [Act] that allows you to Do Major Crits to your opponent. Along side with the Spell that allows you to use both you and your opponents gauges, increases the Play styles and combo.
<Generic World> Update
I am really glad that they added more 'Generic' support in BT03, not that they are major in the BT or gameplay, Just that as a Generic' user I am pretty excited about the increase in the 'Tarot' cards in Generic sector. So far:
BT02>
Actor Knights, The Fool
Actor Knights, The World
Actor Knight, The Hermit
Actor Knights, The Chariot
Actor Knights, The Lovers
Actor Knights, The High Priestess
Actor Knights, The Magician
BT03>
Actor Knights, The Emperor
Actor Knights, The Empress
Actor Knights, Justice
Actor Knights, The Hanged Man
Actor Knights, High Priest (Does not exist in Arcana, possible Actor Knights, The Hierophant)
I am quite Pleased with the Release of "Actor Knights, The Emperor" card that is actually a size 1 with 3 Critical and 5K Atk/Def, and also the 1 Crit Size 0 "Actor Knights, The Hanged Man" with 3K Atk/Def. Also pleased with the Generic Spell Cards that are more useful and pro-tarot like, 'Justice Hammer' spell which can Destroy any card on field with 'No Cost' if you have 2 or more Tarots. Spell, 'Emperor Shield' is also a good addition that can Counter Negate an Impact (Except Gargantua Punisher Type cards), once again No Cost if have 2 or more Tarot in field \(*o*)/ hoooyaaaah.
Hopefully Buddyfight will continue the rest of the Tarot Series in the future BTs now that 11+1 Tarot cards out.
For the Record (un-released):
Actor Knights, The Tower
Actor Knights, The Sun
Actor Knights, The Moon
Actor Knights, The Star (Unlikely)
Actor Knights, Judgement
Actor Knights, Death (Unlikely, or Rename)
Actor Knights, The Devil (Unlikely, or Rename)
Actor Knights, Strength
Actor Knights, Wheel Of Fortune
Actor Knights, Temperance
Actor Knights, The Hierophant (possible Actor Knights, High Priest)

Link Attacks and Criticals
Hi there Buddies, there seems to be an influx of mails to us on the Link Attack Rulings and Penetrate Critical Effects. So, to make things really Simple, i took some time to put up a Visual Presentation on the Link Attack methods and Critical Effects.
Normal Link Attack on opponent Monster

Link Attack on opponent Player (Flag)

Link Attack on opponent Target Monster with 1 [Penetrate] card

Link Attack on opponent Target Monster with 2 [Penetrate] cards

Hope this clears up the mess. And remember, every 'Battle Turn' Ends when the 'TARGET' monster/player takes damage, gets Destroyed or Evades an Attack totally.

NEW Buddyfight Rules Revamp
Hi Buddies, bet most of you must have heard about the New Buddyfight Rulings and probably don't know what to expect or are just confused by all this guessing around.
In response to the epic mess up now, i came up with a simple explanation to the 2 new 'feature' to this rulings.
1) During a "Link Attack" against a PLAYER the critical damage will be combined.
This 'feature' applies to monsters "Attacking Together" on a PLAYER as a SINGLE Attack.
Critical on the Linked Cards will be Combined Once the Attack on the PLAYER successful.
-"Link Attack" for Cards with the [Penetrate] ability
Came up with a simple concept below to explain this problem.
a) X is a Monster with [Penetrate] ability.
b) X "Link Attack" with another Monster Y with NO [Penetrate] ability.
Scenario 1: In the scenario when both of X and Y Hits the PLAYER successfully, X and Y's Combined Critical will be taken.
Scenario 2: In the scenario when both X and Y Hits the PLAYER's CENTER MONSTER successfully, ONLY X's Critical Damage will go thru as X is the Only Monster with the [Penetrate] ability. NO Combine Critical for this case.
*Only when BOTH Monsters in the "Link Attack" have [Penetrate] abilities, then the Critical Damage WILL BE COMBINED.
That being said, a "Link Attack" is NOT allowed to be performed on THE FIRST TURN. *duh* if not too imbar, dun you think?
2) Each player can only perform a [Counter] once during a battle. Once you uses a [Counter] you will have to wait till the end of that battle before you can cast another [Counter].
This one is simple. In each Battle you can only use [Counter] Spell ONCE.
You can use normal Spell Cards as much as you can but for Spells with [Counter] only ONCE.
Senario 1:
Player A used a [Counter] Spell to charge up the Attack Power of a Monster so that it can successfully Attack an opponent Monster.
In response to that Attack, Player B uses a [Counter] Spell to Increase the Targeted Monster Defense to counter the Attack. Since both player used [Counter] once in this battle. NO MORE [Counter] Spells can be used. Player B will nullify Attack. PERIOD.
*Thou this example is given, i have my Doubts about it as i still think a [Counter] Spell should ONLY be used when in an opponent attack phase and not before an attack on one. I mean hey, thats what the word "Counter" means right?
*Only Dragoenergy is ALLOWED do multiple "stacking" per time at the moment.
Will be Expecting all "****energy" [Counter] Spell Cards to be able to do so.
Senario 2:
Player A uses a Monster of 10000 Power and Attack an opponent Monster with 2000 Defense.
In response to that overwhelming attack, Player B plays 3 Dragoenergy [Counter] spell to Bring its Defense to 11000. And since the Opponent Monster did not get destroyed, It Attacks back as a Counter effect of Dragoenergy.
Player A, since DID NOT play any [Counter] yet, plays 1 Dragoenergy in response to the counter attack and raised its defense to 13000. After the effect of Dragoenergy counter attacks Player B's Monster.
Player CANNOT play another [Counter] Spell as he already did. Monster gets destroyed. PERIOD.
Hope this write up can help Buddies have a better view of the new Rulings.
Official announcements will be made soon by BushiRoad before the 17th May 2014.

BFE-BT02 Future Card BuddyFight Booster Vol. 2 Release
Greetings Buddies!
Having Fun with the Current CP01 and TD03 Releases?
BFE-BT02 Cyber Ninja Squad is Released today!!!
The1 PR Card that comes with the Box, Flag from the Katana World!!!

Box Ratio for my box A
Katana World: 42%
Magic World: 20%
Dragon World: 15%
Generic Tarot: 13%
Danger World: 10%
2 RRR, 6 RR

Well for a start, although being the least ratio, Danger World get a huge upgrade with many new Size 2 Monsters with high Attacks and Defense.

In MagicWorld, more 'Wizards' are added including the Combi Light and Dark Wizards, Center of World, Mary Sue and My Grandfather's Clock.
New Generic Cards are added to this Booster also, Tarot is the theme and the Card design also revamped to a much 'tech' and 'steampunk' feel.
Thou not to impress with the low useability of the Generic Cards, there are better Monsters like 'Actor Knights Chariot' and 'Actor Knight the World' which acts like 'My Grandfather's Clock' in Magic World.
Deck List after Two Boxes. Is kind of disappointing as Hit Rate of some cards are near zero, like "Nanomachine Ninja, Tsukikage', 'My Grandfather's Clock', 'Evil in Heart, Yamigitsune'...
Katana World, Slightly heavy judging the amount of cards this New World have in just one BT02, pretty difficult to compose a 'useable' deck without rare cards like 'Tsukikage and Yamigitsune', also there are alot of 'Spell' cards to top it up plus 5 Impacts.
Danger World, also did not manage to get all the cards, not even all RRs, but still quite acceptable with the UnCommon like Armorknight Trent.

Dragon World, ratio quite bad also with little to no RRs, manage to get 4 'White Dragon Shields' with two box though. Either than that, I think Dragon World is already a quite Stable Deck for now, do not really need any boost from this BT02.

Magic World, added several much needed Life Healing and Gauge Charging 'Spell' Cards to its list, and also more 'Wizards'. Either than that, I am pretty satisfied with getting at least 'Center of the World, Mary Sue' - My favorite card in Magic World for now~

Generic Tarot, better line up with better cards compared to the previous 'Chess' Generic but still lack 'Attack and Defense capabilities. Was really looking forward to be able to see a 'Full' Generic Deck used in Competitions. Highlighting 'Ultimate Buddy' for charging i gauge, put the card below your Buddy on field to gain +5000 and [Soulguard]. Good card to tank attacks.
And there you have it, a short review of the Future Card BuddyFight Booster Vol.2. Advice to buddies trying your luck at this Booster, combine your buys with friends, you might save more time and money. Unless you have too much moolah to spare, whacking packs is really not an option with so many cards and worlds in the list.
